By accessing and using the Progien B2B platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of the service.
B2B Account Registration
To access our B2B services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorized to make purchases on behalf of your company
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Orders and Payment
Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. B2B customers may be eligible for volume discounts.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your B2B agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms and delivery schedules are specified at the time of order. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
- International shipping: 7-14 business days
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Custom or special orders may not be returnable.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Product Warranties
All products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Specific warranty terms vary by product and are available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
